Who are we?
RAJAR stands for Radio Joint Audience Research and is the official body in charge of measuring radio audiences in the UK. It is jointly owned by the BBC and the RadioCentre on behalf of the commercial sector. RAJAR Limited postal address is 6th Floor, 55 New Oxford Street, London WC1A 1BS. What information do we collect about you?
Participation in this research is voluntary, and you are free to decide not to take part if you do not want to. If you do take part, we will collect the information you provide by completing the Radio Diary and any other RAJAR research surveys, including any recruitment survey you may have already participated in.
How will we use the information you provide?
Your responses to this survey will be used solely for research purposes only, and will be stored separately from the personal information used to invite you to participate in this research. Your participation in this research, together with your individual responses to the questions will be kept strictly confidential by Ipsos MORI and RAJAR. The results of this research will be anonymous, statistical information only, and we can assure you that you will NOT be identifiable in any published results.
We can assure you that any information you provide during this research will NOT be used for marketing, nor will we sell or pass on your information to any third party.

Children
For research involving children, we will always seek consent of from a parent, legal guardian or other person legally responsible for the child before inviting them to take part in the research.
How long will you keep the information I provide?
At the end of the project we will securely delete all the personal information, leaving only anonymous research results. Ipsos MORI will also securely destroy the personal information that the above mentioned client provided for this research at this time.
How you can get access to your information and/or correct it?
Ipsos MORI can provide a copy of your responses to this research, together with the personal information used to contact you for this research on request at any time before the results are anonymised. How do we ensure your personal information is held securely?
